The Pointe du Hoc

This is the sector that was hardest to take for allies (from a field of view). Indeed, the huge cliff that separates the mainland from the beach has often meant that the attackers first have mostly perished before reaching the summit.This site is beautiful, still covered with shells and impacts blokos, mostly destroyed.The command post located at the tip of the famous cliff is no longer accessible to the public because of the possibility of collapse.
